Delivery Estimates
Once your order is dispatched, it typically reaches you within 6–7 working days. In some cases, due to logistics partner factors, delivery may take 8–10 working days.
Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once the parcel leaves our facility.
Please note that RareCrafters is not responsible for transit delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Access
Products are delivered to the designated delivery location. Customers must ensure proper access at the time of delivery.
Handling Time
Handling time varies by product category:
Small Articles (chairs, tables, storage units, etc.): 12–15 business days
Large Articles (beds, sofas, dining sets, outdoor furniture, etc.): 18–20 business days
Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Timelines are shared at order confirmation
Furniture production involves skilled craftsmanship. Minor delays may occur in rare situations.

Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any return request, the following is mandatory:
Clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
Clear images of damage/defect

Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
2.1 Change of mind
2.2 Incorrect size selection by customer
2.3 Minor color variation due to screen differences
2.4 Normal wood texture variations (natural grain differences)
2.5 Product used or assembled
Return Approval Process
After verification:
We may arrange replacement, OR
Offer repair, OR
Issue refund (only if replacement is not possible)
Decision will be at the sole discretion of RareCrafters after inspection
Refund Processing Time
If return is approved due to our error (damage/wrong item), pickup will be arranged by us.
If customer refuses delivery without valid reason, return shipping charges may be deducted.
