3.3. Orders are confirmed with 30% advance; 70% at delivery.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
5.1. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, We follow a no-return policy, with rare exceptions offered only in select cases upon direct request.
5.2. To request a return/exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage.
5.3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5.4. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
